When you sign up or authenticate with Synthser, we collect the minimal information necessary:

• Account Credentials: Your work email address and password if you register with email.
• Google Authentication Data: If you choose to sign in using Google, we receive basic profile information (your email address, name, and profile avatar) strictly to authenticate your identity and establish your workspace session.
• Research Inputs & Simulation Artifacts: Product concepts, research queries, and test briefs you submit to generate simulated buyer panels.

3. Use of Google User Data

Synthser’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use your Google account data to serve advertisements, we do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not transfer your data to external data brokers.

4. Zero Data Retention Ethos

Synthser operates on an air-gapped simulation model. Synthetic buyer persona evaluations are conducted in isolated sandbox environments with zero cross-talk between customers. Customer research briefs are never pooled into public datasets or used to train foundation models without explicit contractual consent.

5. Data Security

We employ industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to customer workspaces is governed by strict role-based access controls and cryptographic session management.
